We want you to love your OBED bike as much as we loved building it. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all new bicycles and gear to ensure your total confidence on every ride.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our rider support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully disassemble and pack your bike in its original factory packaging to prevent any damage during transit; all original components and manuals must be included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger bicycle shipments.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our mechanics inspect the returned items for condition and completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
